The Accommodation
The Coach House has been renovated to a high standard, with comfort and unique touches adding to the character of the old building.

Kitchen/Diner
The bright and welcoming kitchen is large and fully-equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, and central dining table.
Wifi code is provided in our welcome pack.

Sitting Room
The sitting room is upstairs with cosy finishes including thick carpet, curtains and cushions. Relax in front of the smart TV, or with one of the books, games or jigsaws.

Bedroom
At the back of the house, away from the road, is the bedroom. A super king four poster, Emma mattress, curtains and blackout blinds should all help deliver a good night's sleep.

Bathroom
Choose between a deep bath or a powerful shower at the end of a day walking or cycling across the local countryside. All towels, and bed linen, are provided.

Outdoor space
The courtyard provides the holiday cottage with off-street parking, as well as space for al fresco dining.
Please note there are no gates, but bikes can be stored in the garage.

EV charger
An EV charger is available on-site. It requires a PIN and payment via the co charger app. Fast chargers are also available in the town.
Eco-Friendly Design
The house has recently been refurbished to reduce its impact on the climate change. New loft insulation and floor insulation in the bedroom helps keep heat in, adding to the existing double glazing and wall insulation. And an air source heat pump means the house is fossil-fuel free - good for the planet and air quality.
For cyclists
The house has secure, covered bike storage, with a hose to wash your bike (and you?) down after particularly muddy rides. A washing machine and line can look after your clothes. The trails of Sherwood Forest can be reached off-road via the Southwell Trail, or head to the Trent for riverside refreshments.
For Wedding Guests
Heading to a wedding or event? We're well placed for the Minster, the Old Vicarage, Norwood Park and the Saracens Head. A wardrobe, luggage rack, ironing board, two full length mirrors, and well lit dressing table will help you get ready and to the church on time.

For business
The cottage is well-placed for you if you're looking for a place to stay near Brackenhurst, the National Grid training centre or other local businesses. We know if you're travelling you need a home from home. In addition to all the home comforts, wifi and a desk are provided.
