The detached house is spacious with a generous kitchen, super king four poster bed, cosy upstairs sitting room, a workspace, secure bike store and off-street parking.
It is located a 5 minute walk from the centre of Southwell, equidistant between the pepperpot towers of Southwell Minster and the countryside surrounding the town.
